You do. On final payment the design, the code, the content, the domain and the accounts are yours. Nothing we build needs a subscription to us to stay online, and nothing stops working if you never speak to us again.

Yes. You get a login to an admin panel where you click the text on the page and type over it, drag and drop images, and reorder sections. If you can use email, you can use it. We walk you through it on a call before handover.

Take it. The code is standard and documented, not something proprietary you’d need us to decode. That’s deliberate — a site you can’t leave with isn’t really yours.

No. Your existing site stays live for the whole build. We only switch the domain after you’ve seen and approved the new one, and DNS is staged so the cutover is close to instant.

No, and this is the part most people get wrong. Email records are separate from website records. We map your mail setup before touching anything, carry the records across, and verify delivery afterward. We also add SPF and DMARC, which most small business domains are missing entirely.

We set up redirects from your old URLs to the new ones, keep your page structure and content intact, and improve load speed — which Google rewards. Nothing about the move should hurt you.

Not a problem. We’ve rebuilt a site from an archived copy when the live one was already down. Tell us the situation and we’ll work with what exists.

Yes. Your text, your images and your products belong to you. The platform’s templates and their proprietary code don’t — which is why we rebuild rather than copy.

Only if you want it. You can pay by the hour when something comes up, or take a monthly plan for a set number of hours and monitoring. Most clients don’t need either, because they can edit the site themselves. Cancelling a plan never affects your site — it carries on exactly as it is.
