Every one is live. Three were rebuilt off a platform, one was built from nothing, and one is a product we shipped to the Play Store.

GC Windsor

A necktie brand paying Squarespace for a store it couldn’t afford to keep running.

Rebuilt and migrated off Squarespace with the domain, store and email moved

Built a knot and tie color customizer, and a drag-to-rotate 360 product viewer

Newsletter and automated welcome email wired up

The mail bill is the whole difference. Five premium Zoho mailboxes became one Google Workspace mailbox, and it is still billed monthly — moving it to the annual plan takes it to $84.00 and the total to $94.46.

The domain transfer to Cloudflare cost about $10 and added a year to the registration, so the first year came in under this.

A Squarespace site someone else built, that she couldn’t change and paid for every month.

Rebuilt off the platform and redrawn, mobile-first — it’s read standing on a dealership floor

Her own illustrated world, hand-drawn and animated rather than a stock template

Built so she edits her own hours, photos and reviews from her phone

04 · THERAPY PRACTICE · REBUILD OFF A PLATFORM

Inca Counseling

A solo therapy practice paying Wix for a site that put Spanish in a second column on two pages and nowhere else.

Rebuilt off Wix onto hosting that costs nothing, with his domain and his mailbox left exactly where they were

A whole second site in Spanish, not a translate widget: every page written twice, a toggle in the nav, and both languages editable by him

No third-party scripts at all, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner in front of someone looking for a therapist

The whole saving is the Wix plan. His mailbox and his domain never moved and cost the same as they always did, so they sit on both sides of the table instead of being quietly dropped from one of them to make the number look bigger.
